Accountable for trade verification, reconciliations, and settlements with some level of supervision. Ensures accuracy of these accounts and conducts research when necessary. Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied. Responds to telephone or written inquiries and performs research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees. Effectively and accurately coordinate, manage, and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines while clearly communicating status updates and escalating of unusual items or errors to team members and manager.
