Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to architect the joint operational future of Talon.One and Orb acquisitions. You will bridge Support, Professional Services, Merchant Operations, and the new entities to scale together within Adyen’s framework.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric design, data-driven decisions, and the ability to remove complexity at scale across global regions. Office-based in NY or SF with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing, technical operations, or strategy/business operations roles (e.g., BizOps, Integration/M&A Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting).
• Strong background in program or project management with ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution and global adoption.
• Strategic operator who connects high-level decisions to operational impacts and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Design the joint customer journey and implement operating models and standardized processes for onboarding and servicing joint customers.
• Shape and lead global operational integration programs that can be scaled across regions.
• Drive solutions to high-complexity, multi-entity bottlenecks and map overlaps for resourcing.
• Own the operational KPI framework for integrations and translate metrics into a health picture.
• Partner with Tech, Commercial, Finance and Compliance to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
