Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Strategy Director to shape long-term growth and value creation. You will lead development and refinement of the enterprise strategy, guiding decisions and translating priorities into actions across a global business.

Reporting to the VP Strategy & M&A, you will coordinate strategic planning, support value creation and transformation initiatives, and assess inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading strategy engagements or enterprise strategy programmes.
• Experience translating strategy into execution through governance and transformation.
• Experience evaluating growth opportunities, acquisitions, or commercial diligence in a strategic context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise strategy process and translate market trends into a strategic roadmap.
• Partner with divisional leaders to align strategies with objectives and value creation goals.
• Coordinate planning, governance, reporting, and performance tracking across enterprise initiatives.
• Support M&A by defining growth themes and evaluating opportunities.
