Job summary

Ducker Carlisle is seeking Consultants to join our Boston or Troy project teams. You will conduct research, perform analyses, and deliver actionable insights to client teams while collaborating across global offices.

The role blends quantitative work with client-facing presentations and robust problem solving. Requires 2–3 years in strategy consulting, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a top tier university.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting.
• Outstanding analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills within Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets.
• Able to conduct analyses utilizing assumption testing and sensitivity analysis.
• A professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical analysis and process mapping to meet project goals.
• Conducting analyses utilizing assumption testing and sensitivity analysis.
• Gathering research by conducting interviews, literature searches, or online sources and interpreting survey results.
• Summarizing research findings.
• Authoring client presentations and other deliverables.
• Presenting findings to clients and to senior consulting staff.
