The Enterprise Global Strategy and Solutions Sr. Director is a critical role in helping establish and drive structure and process for the enterprise global strategy to innovate and obtain the world’s greatest talent. This role will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale projects that range in complexity and that interface with a variety of international resources and vendors, this role will manage projects with significant time zone differences and will be the point person to ensuring the success of this cross-functional initiative.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary direction and leadership in Program Management for global expansion opportunities.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing a program management structure and process for large, cross-functional, technical projects, in order to cost effectively meet operational business objectives.
  • Utilize Project Management methodologies to manage the program, incorporate and track changes, aligning key considerations around timing, scope, deliverables, program cadence, and measures of success (KPI’s).
  • Have a value realization mindset and engages both key stakeholders and delivery teams in understanding of the business value, the alignment of business outcomes to the project outcomes and assurance that business expectations on value outcomes are achieved.
  • Display financial acumen to understand the financial standing of different projects
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams towards a common goal with an understanding of the overarching vision. Provide guidance for teams on competing priorities, business process, business strategy and business outcomes to influence the quality of the delivery and change management for desired adoption.
  • Partner across teams for collaborative work environments building trust
  • Provide thought leadership and governance activities to drive delivery efficiencies
  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc key stakeholder and Sr. leadership update materials.
  • Evaluate the resources needed to accomplish the objectives within the agreed timeframe and establishes the staffing plan for each project.
  • Optimize productivity by facilitating the design and implementation of an end-to-end resource demand plan through off-boarding process.
  • Possess interpersonal skills necessary to build commitment to the projects and negotiate compromises, and resolve conflicts, as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on transformation progress, project milestones, and strategic plan developments.
  • Partner with other core members of the leadership team to identify gaps, program risks, interdependencies, and strategies to successfully mitigate.

Qualifications/Functional Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of project management experience leading large cross functional initiatives.
  • Healthcare experience is required.
  • Transformation Office experience strongly preferred.
  • Process-oriented with quality mindset, strong organization, and planning skills, versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure with high-stake initiatives
  • Strong background in overseeing a Project Management Office, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Advanced ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
  • Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
  • Extensive change and release management experience
  • Demonstrated effectiveness operating in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and monitoring deliverables.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
