Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and cost-reduction initiatives for the CCS segment. The role requires guiding multiple global teams and engaging with design customers to optimize for design-for-supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in electronics manufacturing, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation with cross-functional collaboration. Remote with travel up to 25% across US locations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Engineering or Materials Management), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery of projects developed by Celestica’s Global Design Services organization.
• Provides direction for source selection and ensures proper process implementation.
• Works with the Commodity Management teams to ensure negotiations meet business requirements and growth plans.
• Works with the supply chain management process for customers, from materials pricing and BOM analysis to delivery execution and flexibility performance.
• Quotes and negotiates critical high-dollar or strategic commodities, or directs a team of commodity managers.
• Provides support in costed customer bids or quarterly BOM Costing exercises for global customers.
• Leads design-for-supply chain optimization with Global Design team.
