Job summary

The role will build and operate a center-led category-management system across direct materials, fabricated components, engineered systems, lifecycle services, indirect spend and logistics, leading ten global category managers and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic sourcing in manufacturing or EPC environments.
• Proven multi-year category strategy execution across diverse spend.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the multi-year Strategic Sourcing agenda and category portfolio.
• Establish global ownership and fact-based strategies connecting demand, supply markets and cost drivers.
• Lead portfolio prioritization across equipment, engineered systems, and services.
• Sponsor high-value negotiations and make-versus-buy analyses within delegated authority.
• Build a Finance-validated value pipeline with savings, cost avoidance and leakage visibility.
• Involve sourcing early in design and project gates to influence requirements and lead times.
