Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic sourcing and category management in manufacturing or project delivery.
• Experience leading global teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience building multi-year category strategies across materials/services.
• Experience leading negotiations, contracting and supplier risk management.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Supplier Quality.
• Experience with subcontracting or contract manufacturing and supplier onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-year Strategic Sourcing agenda and operating cadence.
• Establish global ownership across portfolio and develop fact-based strategies.
• Lead portfolio prioritization across equipment, engineered systems, and services.
• Sponsor high-value negotiations and make-versus-buy decisions.
• Build a value pipeline with savings, cash and operational value.
• Ensure sourcing influences requirements at gates to control TCO.
• Establish supplier panels and governance with reviews.
• Deploy supplier-development resources across regions.
• Partner with Procurement Ops to translate decisions into PO execution.
• Develop succession and capability-building plans for the team.
