Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing or procurement leadership, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of fabricated metals, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for high-value, complex materials.
• Develop multi-tiered sourcing strategies mitigating risk.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and capacity guarantees.
• Mentor and develop a team of sourcing professionals.
• Implement standard work and sourcing KPIs.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies addressing tariffs and market volatility.
