LEGO Group seeks a high-impact Start-Up leader for its Greenfield LVA factory in Richmond, VA, to drive automation, digital tooling, and a rapid Day‑1 ramp‑up across manufacturing and packaging operations.

You will implement readiness frameworks (CQV, DQP, FMEA, PDCA), coordinate with global partners, and develop training plans to build capable teams spanning manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Lead the end-to-end Start-Up journey for a greenfield factory.
• Translate global program achievements into local readiness actions.
• Lead the Global Start-Up Management Framework and ensure operational ownership.
• Drive risk mitigation with proactive assessments and visibility.
• Build organizational capability with training plans and management systems.
• Establish performance acceleration routines for fast ramp-up.
• Integrate automation and digital tools to reach maturity and lifecycle readiness.
• Embed readiness frameworks such as CQV, DQP, FMEA and PDCA.

Responsabilités

• Drive risk mitigation continuously, activating assessments and ensuring visibility throughout execution.
• Build organizational capability and readiness, including training plans and operational management systems.
• Establish performance acceleration routines to ensure fast, stable ramp-up of operations.
• Integrate automation and digital tools into operations, ensuring maturity and full lifecycle readiness.
• Ensure detailed DQP compliance, facilitating decision-making across R&D, suppliers, and partners.
