Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Professional licensure (PE/PEng) required.
• Minimum of 10 years of structural/mechanical engineering experience; global experience preferred.
• Experience with advanced modeling tools and structural testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering activities for new product development and major enhancements.
• Establish design criteria, analysis approaches, and validation plans for structural integrity.
• Work with global teams to implement design solutions meeting cost and manufacturability goals.
• Perform and direct structural analysis of systems and components for wind, seismic, and operational loads.
• Review and stamp structural calculations and drawings per standards and project needs.
• Define and coordinate testing programs, evaluate results, and implement design improvements.
• Apply advanced engineering methods and ensure adherence to codes and standards.
• Support cost reduction, quality, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.
