Job summary

Special Olympics, Inc. is seeking a motivated Specialist, Sport Development & Sport Partnerships to support strategic partnerships and sport development initiatives.

The role reports to the Senior Manager and collaborates with the broader Sport & Competition team to advance priority sports across the global movement. The candidate will assist in partnership activities, development of sport narratives, and biannual reports, traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience building and sustaining external partnerships is a plus.
• Familiarity with Special Olympics or similar organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Sport Development in executing and administering partnerships and programs.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting for sport development initiatives.
• Help coordinate sport partnership activities at global events and initiatives.
