Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Spectrum & SATCOM Operations Analyst to support Joint Task Force communications. You will create and manage JCEOI documentation, coordinate global frequency assignments, and ensure compliance with DoD and international spectrum rules across DoW systems.

Responsibilities include SATCOM program management, EMI reporting, and maintaining NTIA-based procedures, with exposure to Joint Staff and GCCs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of relevant spectrum/SATCOM/communications operations experience.
• Experience coordinating spectrum management with military and federal partners.

Responsibilities

• Create JCEOI documents for Joint Task Force operations.
• Manage global frequency assignments from HF to EHF using Spectrum XXI and master files.
• Coordinate UHF satellite allocations with Joint Staff, USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, and GCCs.
• Review spectrum certifications for operational adequacy and accuracy.
• Generate and track frequency assignment requests in Spectrum XXI and DoW databases.
• Coordinate requests with installation managers, officials, and foreign partners.
• Maintain knowledge of NTIA Manual procedures for federal frequency management.
