Job summary

Skydio seeks a senior sourcing lead to shape commodity roadmaps for drone components and tooling. You will liaison between supply chain and engineering for supplier selection during NPI and sustaining projects, identifying high-potential suppliers globally.

You will own RFIs/RFPs, cost analyses, and supplier awards, ensuring favorable terms and documented commercial conditions. Ability to manage complex negotiations and performance metrics is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Proven ability to run RFIs, RFPs, and supplier awards.
• Strong understanding of cost models and should-cost analyses.
• Experience with supplier performance metrics and contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA).

Responsibilities

• Develop technology roadmaps and supplier strategies for program milestones.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and commercial terms for components and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering and finance during pricing, forecasts, and close cycles.
