Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain or engineering in international company.
• BS/BA in Metallurgical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; excellent negotiation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for assigned categories and suppliers.
• Lead negotiations to achieve OTD, quality, and deflation goals.
• Manage supplier segmentation, development and relationships.
• Control CAPEX for assigned categories and ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination across INNIO.
