Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience building global supplier relationships.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Asia-based suppliers and Mexico operations to align sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for components and raw materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; manage supply risks.
• Lead supplier performance reviews with KPIs and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and SIOP on NPI.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Monitor market trends and supply chain developments to maintain continuity.
• Support inventory optimization and service-level goals with Purchasing and SIOP.
• Travel domestically and internationally to strengthen relationships.
