Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain or related field with relevant experience required.
• Certifications (APICS CSCP CPM CPIM) are a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers and related documents.
• Maintain supplier documentation in Agile, Vendorful, and other systems.
• Develop relationships with assigned suppliers and support category managers.
• Support RFQ creation, PO requests, and price analyses.
• Assist with New Product Development (NPD) tasks and data accuracy checks.

Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for supplier relationships and process improvement? We are seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our global sourcing initiatives and driving supply chain excellence! Come join our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers as assigned. This includes requesting and checkingsupplier statements, credit reports, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, supplier extranet setup, freightforwarder setup, and working with the legal team on contract redlines.
• Update and maintain supplier documentation in Agile, Vendorful, and any other relevant systems.
• Develop strong relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Support assigned category managers with tactical and administrative tasks.
• Support assigned category managers with New Product Development (NPD) project tasks.
• Request for Quote (RFQ) creation, submission, monitoring, and analysis; sending and requesting product samples to and from potential suppliers; initial purchase order (PO) requests.
• Analyze system data and check for accuracy, completion, and detail.
• Create cost comparisons and pricing analyses.
• Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.

Job Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in supply chain or related field and one year of relevant experience.
• APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification, or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification a plus.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Project management and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated supplier management skills.
• Must be able to work and effectively communicate with all levels of the company and suppliers.
• Ability to lead and effectively manage cross functional teams.
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Must be able to manage multiple cross functional projects at once.
