Qualifications

• 7+ years of global sourcing, procurement, or product development experience in soft home, housewares, or home decor.
• Hands-on experience with clean sheet costing and should-cost modeling.
• Working knowledge of global trade compliance, tariffs, and forced labor risk (UFLPA).
• Experience leading complex vendor negotiations and driving cost outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own category sourcing strategy across Soft Home, Housewares, and Home Decor to support margin and growth targets.
• Partner with external design and internal merchants from concept through development to identify source markets and suppliers.
• Lead RFP processes and implement clean sheet costing models to drive pricing transparency and vendor accountability.
• Own the sourcing calendar and product development timeline from concept to on-dock delivery.
• Lead supplier audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Buyers, Design, and Inventory to align on lifecycle decisions and data.
