Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or product development.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiations and cost outcomes.
• Experience with clean sheet costing and should-cost modeling.
• Knowledge of global trade compliance and risk management.
• Ability to lead multiple launches with ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for Soft Home, Housewares, and Home Decor.
• Lead RFP processes from vendor identification through award.
• Develop and manage cost models to drive pricing transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, inventory, QA.
• Maintain real-time product data in the PLM system.
