Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. seeks a seasoned Sourcing Program & Materials Program Manager to optimize material availability, cost efficiency, and supply continuity for key customer engagements in Fiber Infrastructure.

You will mentor a 4-person team and drive initiatives across Design for Sourcing, Build-to-Print, and NPI, interfacing with Engineering and Product Management. The role reports to Global Sourcing Leader and is based in Plano, TX or Matamoros, MX or Shanghai, CN, with ~15% travel supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/engineering related field with 10+ years in global sourcing and manufacturing.
• 3+ years direct experience with global supply bases in electronics/hardware.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of 4 sourcing and materials professionals.
• Drive strategic sourcing, material availability, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Engage suppliers early in Design for Sourcing and Build-to-Print programs.
