Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in global sourcing for mechanical commodities.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and supplier performance.
• Experience with injection molding, die casting, stamping, CNC machining.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities.
• Lead supplier selection, contracting, and price negotiations.
• Assess supplier capabilities and quality systems through audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to align sourcing with goals.
• Monitor market trends and optimize inventory and ramp plans.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and tooling agreements.
• Provide leadership with regular sourcing performance reports.
