Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant sourcing or merchandising experience.
• Demonstrated leadership including strategic thought and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners.
