This on-site role in Bothell involves sourcing custom engineered products from international markets, requiring over 8 years of manufacturing experience and expertise in procurement. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,600 - $151,000 along with comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain within industrial or custom manufacturing sectors.
• Recent sourcing experience from global markets within the last 2-3 years.
• Proven record sourcing custom-engineered products internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a vision for a world-class global supply system.
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing of custom components and raw materials.
• Oversee supplier vetting, including auditing and inspecting.

Skills

Sourcing from India, Asia, Europe, and/or Mexico

Manufacturing experience

Negotiation across cultures

Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Understanding of risk management

Project management knowledge
