Job summary

Nike is seeking a decisive, people-first sourcing leader to drive global strategy into strong execution. You will lead two sourcing managers and oversee MSP performance across North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, partnering with category leaders, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Risk.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in procurement, category management, contracting, or procurement operations, and a track record of managing teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or procurement operations.
• Experience leading and developing people, including sourcing professionals responsible for day-to-day event execution.
• Experience managing a Managed Service Provider and ensuring SLA performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract execution across multiple spend areas.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing execution across North America and Asia Pacific Latin America; translate category strategies into local action.
• Guide internal sourcing team and MSP with accountability for performance.
• Own geography stakeholder experience from intake through contracting and closure.
• Build relationships with geography Procurement leaders to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Translate global category strategies into practical sourcing plans with local market insights.
• Monitor MSP performance against SLAs and coordinate issue resolution.
• Strengthen compliance and process excellence through benchmarking and performance insights.
