Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Sr. Purchasing Manager to lead global sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and optimize supplier performance. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to secure materials that meet specifications and cost targets.

The position emphasizes supplier relationship management, cost reduction programs, and on-time delivery across our energy resilience product lines. This is an on-site role based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related program; CPM certification may be required or preferred.
• At least 2–5 years of purchasing experience.
• Manufacturing and electronics background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing initiatives from concept to completion, including RFQ creation, negotiation, data analysis, supplier reviews, and contract execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers under the global procurement policy.
• Act as escalation point for supply constraints and manage supplier relationships.
