Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to drive global sourcing strategies for Private and Exclusive brands, leading the supply chain to deliver value, quality, cost, and on-time deliveries. The role requires collaboration with Product Managers and Production teams to manage vendor projections and performance.

The position is based at Kohl's Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI, with onsite work Monday–Thursday and an option to work remotely on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail, production, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics and visual presentations to support sourcing plans at category/brand level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies.
• Lead projection reconciliation to vendor strategies based on brand plans.
• Create and manage vendor scorecards and program awards.
• Support cost execution through structured events and seasonal negotiations.
• Stay informed on supplier capabilities and COP.
