Job summary

Fantapak, a business unit of Inteplast Group, seeks a Supply Chain Specialist II in Livonia, MI. You will manage global procurement, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate pricing, forecast inventory, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to meet customer requirements.

Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain is required; proficiency in SQL and Excel is highly preferred, with strong communication and analytical abilities essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis capability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles including procurement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing partners in Asia and worldwide on daily procurement activities.
• Develop sourcing strategies by analyzing supply base and market conditions; qualify new global suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, analyze quotations, and drive cost improvements.
• Forecast inventory demands and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
