Kohl's is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager to execute global sourcing strategies for Private and Exclusive brands, leading the supply chain to deliver value across quality, cost, speed and on-time deliveries. The role emphasizes analytics, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement in sourcing tools and processes.

Based at Kohl's Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI, you will work onsite four days a week with an option to work remotely on Fridays, coordinating with Product Managers

Qualifications

3 years of retail, production, sourcing, supply chain management or related experience.
Experience with analytics and presenting insights to support sourcing strategies.
Ability to operate in an international environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Execute analytics and visual presentations to support sourcing strategic plans at category/brand level.
Drive partnerships with cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies.
Lead vendor scorecarding creation, selection and program awards.
Support cost execution through structured events and seasonal negotiations.
Stay informed on supplier and COP capabilities and expertise.
Serve as primary sourcing liaison with Production.
