Based at Kohl's Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI, the role collaborates with Design/Production, mills and cross-functional teams to develop materials and manage libraries, testing, PLM, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in textiles, product development, sourcing, or related retail functions.
• Textile construction knowledge with global supply chain perspective.
• Experience in development, sourcing, costing, or material commercialization.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence internal/external partners.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage complex priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design/production to develop materials for fabric strategy and newness.
• Build and maintain fabric library and guide partners for material choices.
• Work with mills to meet cost, IMU, quality, performance, and sustainability expectations.
• Maintain PLM and development tools for seasonal materials and status updates.
• Execute materials sourcing strategies by category, brand, gender, and mill.
• Support cost execution through costing events, negotiations, and benchmarking.
• Liaise across Sourcing, Design, Production, QAPI and external partners.
