Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Sr Manager, Lead Architect to lead a global team of solution and application architects, delivering architecture artifacts and enforcing patterns across value streams.

The role partners with D&T leaders and business executives, delivering design guidance and strategic roadmaps while inspiring a strong UDX culture and providing KPI metrics on architectural work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar preferred.
• 9+ years in technology delivery and enterprise solution architecture.
• Experience in front-end and back-end integration design.
• Executive communication and collaboration experience.
• Proven experience with architecture design patterns using NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture delivery across value streams and ensure KPI alignment.
• Lead global team of solution and application architects.
• Enforce consistent architecture patterns, design for scalability and flexibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure and on-site teams.
• Mentor team members and foster a universal culture.
