Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking an Associate Director Global Solid Tumors to shape the global commercial strategy for Lung, Head & Neck, and GI cancers. You will drive promotional campaigns, create multi-channel content, and coordinate with regional teams to enable local execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
Minimum 5 years pharma marketing experience.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen, problem solving, and leadership of large initiatives.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and articulate insights across the enterprise.
Influence without authority and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead global promotional strategies and core marketing materials for launches and existing indications.
Shape omnichannel content and measure marketing impact across channels.
Collaborate with regional leads to align global and local execution.
Support analysis of oncology landscape to inform strategy.
Manage agencies to deliver compliant resources on time and within budget.
