Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Software Engineer to join a global IT transformation effort. You’ll contribute to both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with teams in the U.S. and Paris to modernize applications that support core business operations.

The role is based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thu in office, Friday remote) and monthly travel to Paris. You’ll grow technically, work with Azure cloud, and participate in CI/CD practices within a global engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET and modern front-end technologies (Angular).
• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Azure or another cloud environment.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and CI/CD concepts.
• Exposure to microservices or modern app architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance web and enterprise applications using modern development technologies.
• Work across both front-end and back-end development as part of a collaborative engineering team.
• Partner with teams in the U.S. and Paris on application development and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in a global IT transformation focused on modernizing technology and development practices.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Assist with integrations between applications, databases, APIs, and other systems.
• Support cloud-based development and deployment within Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Travel internationally approximately once per month to collaborate with global teams.
