Fresh, a global skincare brand within the LVMH group, seeks a Social Media Coordinator in New York to support Organic social presence, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. You will collaborate with Global Marketing Communications to grow brand awareness and engagement while maintaining the brand voice.

The role requires at least 2 years in social media, a passion for beauty culture, strong writing, and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media (internships included).
• Expertise in Instagram and TikTok, as well as content formats, analytics, and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or the equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling and publishing across all social media accounts.
• Ensure content is deployed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain and update global content calendars weekly for cross-functional visibility.
• Partner with Marketing Strategy category leaders to support strategy development across products and promotions worldwide.
• Manage everyday communication with creative teams directly.
• Support the execution of global campaigns across all social platforms.
• Communicate social updates and changes across Marketing teams in real time.
• Assist in developing social briefs aligned with marketing calendars and product launches.
• Engage with the social community through comments and direct messages.
