Job summary

Flex Seal seeks a proactive Social Media Specialist to own the U.S. and international content calendar, crafting engaging posts and driving online conversations. Hours are Mon–Fri 9:00a–5:30p in Sunrise, FL.

You will manage copy and visuals, coordinate with Creative, Ecommerce, and PR teams, translate content as needed, schedule publishing, and track performance to inform future campaigns. Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in social media content creation and calendar ownership.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly content calendar for U.S. and international markets, localizing themes per region.
• Collaborate with Creative, Community, Ecommerce, and PR teams to align content with campaigns and launches.
• Create social copy in English with optional Spanish adaptation to maintain brand voice.
• Schedule and publish content on social platforms using backend tools, ensuring timely execution.
• Create and edit short-form visuals and videos; coordinate with the creative team for asset requests.
