Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations, incident response, or SOC leadership.
• Strong experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and cloud security monitoring.
• Ability to develop detection use cases and SOC playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SOC operations, triage, escalation, and incident response.
• Own SOC procedures, playbooks, and major incident communications.
• Improve log onboarding, data quality, and alert fidelity with automation.
• Coordinate with security engineering and managed services providers.
• Establish SOC metrics and executive-ready reporting.
