Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II for Global SMB and Integrated Payments Digital Experience in Alpharetta, GA. You will define and optimize digital experiences to help merchants grow, leading lifecycle activities from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

You will drive merchant-focused roadmaps, partner with Engineering and UX, and use analytics to improve adoption, activation and satisfaction while coordinating across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technology, or related field.
• 4+ years in product management, ownership, or fintech-related roles.
• Experience leading digital product capabilities from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for digital capabilities.
• Lead moderately complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Translate merchant needs and market opportunities into requirements and plans.
• Present product plans, business cases, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.
• Develop product requirements, journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver mobile-first products.
• Use analytics to identify friction and improve merchant outcomes.
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate dependencies and communications across teams and regions.
• Contribute to budget and portfolio planning and roadmap sequencing.
