Dermalogica, the professional skin care brand, seeks a Senior Director, Global Service Innovation to shape the future of skincare services worldwide. This senior, cross-functional leadership role defines and executes a global vision for in-spa treatments and new service models, reaching new consumers and venues.

You will lead global teams, partner with Education, Product Innovation, and Marketing to scale services, ensure training, and build a compelling service narrative that Dermalogica

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of launching or scaling a service concept.
• Define and shape new service paradigms and methods.
• Professional service expertise in medical aesthetics or luxury beauty.
• Strong cross-functional influence across geographies and teams.
• Marketing fluency from naming to storytelling and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of skincare services globally, including in-venue experiences and new service models.
• Lead global cross-functional teams with clarity and discipline to achieve ambitious goals.
• Partner with Dermalogica Education to develop scalable protocols and training programs.
• Collaborate with Global Product Innovation to embed service thinking in product roadmaps.
• Work with Global Marketing to craft stories and materials that drive awareness and bookings.
