Qualifications

• Proven ability to define category strategy and build multi-year innovation roadmaps.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication across verbal, written, interpersonal and presentational domains.
• Entrepreneurial experience or startup context with new product lines or channels.

Responsibilities

• Develops future global category strategy spanning core renovation and new platforms.
• Leads skin care innovations and future technologies to address emerging needs.
• Manages an innovation pipeline to drive new customer acquisition across segments.
• Creates the innovation roadmap based on insights, trends, and market data.
• Owns the innovation P&L and leads governance from concept to launch.
• Oversees financial performance, launch timing, and portfolio risk.
• Leads cross-functional teams including R&D, packaging, GTM, and marketing.
• Tracks KPIs such as net sales from new launches and ROI on innovation.
• Cultivates external partnerships to accelerate technology integration.
• Ensures training materials and education are aligned with products.
• Maintains current product lines with packaging/formula upgrades as needed.
