Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree with 17+ years of experience including 10+ years of functional leadership and people management.
• Expert knowledge of drug development and global clinical operations with scalable operational capabilities.
• Experience leading global clinical trial operations and enterprise transformation across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise accountability for global site management strategy, governance and performance.
• Lead site relationships, study execution governance, and risk-based monitoring strategies.
• Define workforce and external-capacity plans, leadership development, and succession across CTL and CRA.
• Oversee vendor governance, CRO/FSP contracting, and global performance improvements.
• Partner with global functions to align on monitoring standards, training, and portfolio optimization.
