Responsibilities

Set global strategy for country key opinion leader, investigator, and site relationships.
Govern global study execution, clinical site monitoring, and issue escalation.
Sponsor risk-based monitoring strategies with effective implementation.
Define performance, quality, compliance, and productivity for site management.
Champion standardization, digital enablement, and measurable value creation.
