AbbVie is seeking a Senior Specialist/Manager in Clinical Site Management (CSM) to provide direction and operational expertise across assigned studies. The role spans study strategy and area execution, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely, compliant site management and engagement.

You will influence stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and maintain TMF completeness. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a matrix organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (OUS) in a para/medical or scientific field.
• 5+ years of industry clinical research experience including 2 years in monitoring or project management on a global study.
• Exposure in study initiation through study completion across multiple phases desired.

Mansioni

• Drive study-level global and area-level CSM deliverables on timelines with allocated resources.
• Lead study-level site monitoring strategy and Site Engagement Strategy.
• Ensure timelines are maintained and provide essential study information for country-level teams.
• Oversee monitoring activities and ensure quality deliverables and milestone adherence; manage TMF completeness for CSM artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate risks with action plans; contribute to Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan (RAMP).
