This executive role partners with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and CROs to set standards, govern processes, and drive metrics that accelerate study startup while ensuring compliance. You will mentor the contracts team, develop global policies, and supervise diverse agreements (CTAs, CDAs, MSAs) across regions,

Qualifications

• Proven global site contracting leadership and governance.
• Experience negotiating CTAs, CDAs, MSAs across regions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Contracts Management team and oversee contract execution.
• Develop policies, SOPs, templates for site contracting.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency across regions.
• Provide training and mentorship to contracts staff.
• Engage with stakeholders to align strategy and performance.
