Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing Start Up through activation, maintaining project plans, and mentoring colleagues. A life sciences degree and 5 years in a scientific setting with leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in a scientific or clinical environment with 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in international/regional roles and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and project oversight to accelerate Site Activation.
• Oversee Start Up and Lifecycle Maintenance for assigned studies per the plan.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders across regions to deliver scope.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, contracts and essential documents are managed.
