Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a qualified administrator to manage corporate simulcast processes for racing operations in domestic and international markets. You will support purchase, sales, distribution and promotion of pari-mutuel wagering content in collaboration with CDI properties and third-party clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong planning, communication and data-analysis skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simulcast contracts and client relationships.
• Proven data-analysis and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate purchase, sale, distribution and promotion of pari-mutuel wagering content to domestic and international outlets.
• Analyses and manages simulcast agreements across CDI properties.
• Coordinates with owned-and-operated racing properties and third-party clients on simulcast operations and general oversight of the simulcast network.
• Maintains knowledge of money room delinquencies and host fee settlements to assist Corporate Finance.
• Works with settlement department on international invoices.
• Establishes relationships to support CDI entities and third-party simulcast partner tracks.
• Supports oversight of simulcast wagering integrity and security policies.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive reporting for track performance across CDI properties.
