Qualifications

• 5 years of domestic and international shipping experience required.
• Dangerous Goods/Hazmat certification preferred.
• Fork lift operator license preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming shipments and match against purchase and sales orders.
• Perform ERP system transactions for received items and generate daily receiving reports.
• Ship customer orders accurately and on time, including domestic and international freight.
• Maintain an organized inventory and update material on-hand records regularly.

Skills

Domestic and international shipping experience

Knowledgeable in FTL, LTL, small package, air and ocean freight

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Creative problem-solving skills
