Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a contract-to-hire role in Costa Mesa, CA. The position runs on 1st shift (7am–3:30pm) with potential OT and a pay rate of $22/hr, focusing on domestic and international shipments and accurate documentation in a production/warehouse environment.

The role requires experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, SAP/M2M systems, and strong teamwork to ensure on-time fulfillment and safe operation of equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping systems and international shipments.
• Ability to operate forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to documentation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of shipments.
• Monitor shipping queue and print packing lists for efficient fulfillment.
• Coordinate orders to team for picking/packing and meet deadlines.
• Organize freight shipments and prepare required documentation.
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
