Job summary

DiaSorin is seeking a Shipping Specialist to manage pick, pack, and ship activities for domestic and international orders. The role emphasizes accurate lot/part selection, proper packaging (dry ice, Kool-Packs), and timely invoicing while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with Customer Service and may handle hazardous materials documentation as needed. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma with shipping experience, strong math and computer skills, and familiarity with SAP

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with shipping/warehouse experience.
• Additional post-secondary education with shipping experience also acceptable.
• Basic math and computer skills needed for daily tasks.
• Familiarity with GMP and import/export documentation is preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and work in coolers is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship domestically and internationally per order requirements.
• Prepare and verify shipments, ensuring correct parts, lots, and quantities.
• Manifest and track packages for express or freight forwarding.
• Process daily shipping invoices and paperwork for compliance.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
