Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Services Finance (GSF) A&D Compliance Manager to join our Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D) Compliance team, located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL. Remote options may be considered case-by-case with approval.

The manager will lead and oversee finance compliance activities supporting the Intra-Cellular business, ensuring adherence to Johnson & Johnson standards across financial cycles. The role involves close collaboration with finance leadership, A&D Operations Finance/PMO, GAA, and external auditors. Reporting directly to the GSF Compliance Director – Innovative Medicine and A&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audit support through strong partnerships, coordinate audits, and advise on remediation for identified issues.
• Consult with business process owners on control requirements across various workstreams to maintain a strong internal control environment, including support for A&D activities like the Shockwave acquisition.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to finance and operations personnel, sharing best practices and optimizing SOX compliance processes.
• Oversee corrective action plans and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with management to standardize controls, processes, and documentation, and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Participate in global compliance projects, promoting consistency and standardization.
• Develop the Global Services Finance Compliance A&D playbook, including project management tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced degrees preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CPA, CMA, CIA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial compliance, internal/external audit, or risk management.
• Expertise in USGAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley (Section 404), and experience supporting multi-national acquisitions/divestitures.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Strong decision-making, influencing, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% domestically/internationally.

Compensation & Benefits
