• Lead service operations for global interventional cardiology and vascular device portfolio across North America and coordination with international leaders
• Own service training and education programs, including instructor-led and digital courses and field certification
• Drive measurable service performance using KPIs like time to restoration, first-visit resolution, and preventive maintenance completion
• Lead root-cause analysis and design operational improvements with engineering and supply chain partners
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality processes across markets in collaboration with quality, regulatory, and product engineering teams
• Build scalable service delivery infrastructure to support portfolio expansions and acquisitions across multiple sites
