Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Global Service Offer Manager for DX Thermal & Thermal Controls Products in Westerville, OH. You will define and manage service offerings, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and regional teams to ensure value and reliability across markets.

You will lead NPDI‑driven readiness, pricing, and integration into product configurators, while gathering customer feedback to shape designs and service requirements. Will travel up to 25% for reviews and field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10+ years of technical/service/field support experience.
• Experience with HVAC and mission‑critical data center equipment design and operation.
• Strong collaboration skills to build cross‑functional relationships.
• Solid understanding of Thermal System controls and protocols.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable service requirements.
• Proven problem‑solving, data analysis, and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for design reviews and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead service deliverables through NPDI process for product launches.
• Define, price, and release service offerings with regional teams.
• Ensure service offerings integrate into product configurators at release.
• Gather voice-of-customer feedback and reflect in designs.
• Provide recommended spare-parts lists and stocking guidance.
• Maintain region-specific customer-facing docs and collateral.
